FuzzyTimePeriod¶
A code identifying a named fuzzy period or applicability band (e.g. winter, peak hours, high tide), with a formal external definition in the code list. Multiple :hasApplicableFuzzyTimePeriod assertions on a :Period can express a conjunction of such periods
NOTE: For an fuzzy instant with an optional offset, use :FuzzyTimeInstant.
